Brock Wolff, J.D., Chief Executive Officer

Brock is the Chief Executive Officer of Orchard Place, joining the organization in October 2004. His career has included being the President/CEO of Family Resource Centers in Lima, Ohio; Executive Director of Vantage Health Plans in Sandusky, Ohio; and various leadership positions within Southeastern Mental Health Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Brock earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of South Dakota and his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law.

Val Saltsgaver, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Val is the Chief Financial Officer of Orchard Place and has been with the organization since November 1999. Prior to joining Orchard Place, she worked for 13 years at KPMG Peat Marwick, a public accounting firm, as a senior audit manager specializing in non-profit organizations, higher education, and transportation companies. Val is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and attained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Iowa State University.

Nancy Bobo, CFRE, Vice President of Development & Marketing

Nancy is the Vice President of Development and Marketing for Orchard Place, joining the organization in July 2005. Nancy’s professional career includes management, fundraising, and public relations roles for non-profit organizations including Easter Seals, the Mercy Hospital Foundation, and the American Cancer Society. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Sociology from Iowa State University. Nancy was awarded the distinction of CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 1990.

Tonnie Guagenti, Vice President of Orchard Place Campus

Tonnie is the Vice President of Orchard Place Campus and has been with the organization since June of 2010.  Prior to that, she worked for Family Resource Centers , Lima, OH as the Services Director for the Hancock County site in Findlay, OH.  She has held a variety of positions in the Children’s Behavioral Health system over the past 25 years.  Tonnie earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Wright State University in Dayton, OH and her Master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University in Columbus,OH.

John Spinks photo

John Spinks, Vice President of PACE Juvenile Center

John is the Vice President of PACE Juvenile Center and has been with Orchard Place since August 1992. Prior to joining Orchard Place John worked for Iowa Children’s and family Services now know as Children’s and Families of Iowa where he managed two residential group homes for high risk and at-risk males. John also worked for Polk County Youth Services and Youth Emergency Shelter & Services (YESS). John earned his Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Drake University. John also completed a non-profit leadership certificate program from Drake college of Business and Public Administration.

David Stout photo

David Stout, LMSW, Vice President of Child Guidance Center

David is the Vice President of Child Guidance Center, joining the organization in March 2001. Prior to that, David worked as Executive Director of Children and Families of Iowa and in various positions within the Department of Human Services including program supervisor, family therapist, parole officer, and youth counselor. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Iowa State University and his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Iowa.
